Ras Al Khaimah’s leading publicly listed property developer is celebrating major progress in its ongoing real estate projects in Mina Al Arab. Here are the latest construction updates.

Bay Residences

The 661 apartments across four buildings in Bay Residences Phase 1 and Phase 2 have all been sold out. Construction is moving forward as planned, with 75% of the work completed, ensuring that the handover will be on time.

Bay Views

Significant strides are being made on Bay Views, a 344-unit residential complex located on Hayat Island within Mina Al Arab. This waterfront community is renowned for its lush landscapes, protected coastal wetlands, and pristine beaches. The enabling works are fully completed, and the sub-structure is nearly 70% finished.

Recognized for its exceptional design and architecture, Bay Views was awarded the title of ‘Best Residential Project’ at the Design Middle East Awards 2023. The development offers stunning views of the Arabian Gulf and the Hajar Mountains, creating a luxurious living experience that enhances the natural beauty of the area

Cape Hayat
Cape Hayat, a luxury residential project spanning 22,854 square meters, offers apartments with direct beach access on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab. This development combines elegance, innovation, and sustainability, aligning with the RAK Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Strategy 2040 and the Barjeel Green Initiatives. The enabling works are fully completed, and the sub-structure is 65% finished.

Marbella Villas, Comprising two- and three-bedroom townhouses and four-bedroom villas, is on track for early handover. Located on Hayat Island in Mina Al Arab, the enabling, sub-structure, and super-structure works are all fully completed. The finishing touches, MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) work, and external features are 90% complete.

This premier development in Mina Al Arab offers a vibrant island community featuring a clubhouse, community park, waterfront promenade, seafront dining and retail options, scenic cycle and pedestrian paths, and access to five-star resorts and spas.
