It features the highest rainforest in Dubai Business Bay in the world at 447 meters, the highest roller coaster at the same height, the tallest infinity pool at 431 meters, and the highest restaurant at 439 meters. On top of all that, it also has the world’s highest penthouse at 426 meters. The CEO of Tiger Properties, Eng. Amer Waleed Al Zoubi, shared his excitement about this ambitious project. He said, “Our project is all about redefining luxury living in Dubai, and we’re committed to setting new standards.”

He also mentioned that construction of the tiger Sky tower in Business Bay has already started, and they expect to complete it by the second quarter of 2029. The project covers a massive area of 2,784,122 square meters and costs around $1 billion. “We want to create a landmark that exceeds expectations and reimagines urban living,” Al Zoubi added, emphasizing their focus on quality materials and attention to detail to ensure the project is completed perfectly and on time.

The tower offers a variety of luxury living options, including one to four-bedroom apartments and 18 luxurious penthouses. Residents and investors can expect a truly exceptional living experience, with amenities like the world’s highest infinity pool, an elegant restaurant with stunning views of the Burj Khalifa, and a thrilling roller coaster ride at 447 meters that promises fun for all ages.
