Binghatti, on the 16th of November in the year 2022, unveiled an initiative to forge the loftiest residential edifice on the global stage, nestled in the heart of Dubai — the Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences.

The UAE-based developer, boasting a formidable investment portfolio surpassing Dh7 billion, articulated its vision to usher in an epoch of opulent living, ushering forth an ultra-luxurious Dubai skyscraper in tandem with Jacob & Co. However, the timeline for the completion of this avant-garde project remains undisclosed.

This unparalleled skyscraper aspires to etch its name as an apex among the loftiest residential structures globally, as conveyed by a statement from Binghatti.

In a colossal ascent skyward, the real estate tycoon affirmed that this ultra-luxury skyscraper will rise grandiosely in the core of Dubai’s preeminent financial enclave, Business Bay. The proposed blueprint envisions over a century of stories, housing sumptuous two-bedroom and three-bedroom abodes.

Muhammad Binghatti, the CEO and luminary architect of Binghatti, accentuates the landmark venture and the collaborative venture with the esteemed watchmaking and jewelry emporium Jacob & Co, coining a neologism in the upper echelons of real estate — a “hypertower.”

Today marks the epochal confluence of two cognate brands, both ceaselessly pursuing the pinnacle of absolute refinement. Both our marques are birthed from an unbridled yearning to transcend conventional limits,” avows Binghatti.

Burj Binghatti Jacob & Co Residences encompasses numerous tiers dedicated to indulgences such as an infinity pool commanding a panoramic view of the entire Dubai skyline, an opulent spa, and a state-of-the-art gymnasium. This hypertower also hosts an exclusive concierge ensemble, offering bespoke services including childcare, personal security, chauffeur, and a private chef, as articulated in the official statement.

Jacob Arabo, the chairman and visionary behind Jacob & Co, divulges that the interior design of the penthouse collection shall draw direct inspiration from their distinctive aesthetics.

As denoted by its nomenclature, the Billionaire Penthouse stands as the pièce de resistance of this hyper tower. Drawing inspiration from our haute horology collections, these penthouses shall manifest in three distinct variants, each christened after our flagship Jacob & Co timepieces — Fleurs De Jardin, Astronomia, and Billionaire,” he elaborates.
